Erie, PA - Through the popular Eriez® 5-Star Service® Magnet Exchange Program, customers can trade in their SafeHold® Lifting Magnet for a pre-certified, refurbished magnet of the same make and model. Exchange magnets are in stock and available to ship within 24 hours.

The 5-Star Service Magnet Exchange Program is offered only on select SafeHold models. To qualify, customers’ magnets must pass Eriez’ two point inspection: 1) load test within specifications and 2) magnet rotor intact and operational.
All magnets supplied via Eriez 5-Star Service Magnet Exchange Program are shipped with a “Certificate of Compliance”-verifying they are built in compliance with ASME B30.20-as well as an “As New” warranty. SafeHold Lifting Magnets that are not eligible for the Exchange Program may qualify for Eriez’ Refurbishment Program, through which the company refurbishes customers’ SafeHold magnets and ships them back to them within three to five days. Refurbished magnets also come with a “Certificate of Compliance” and “As New” warranty.
