Lee Spring’s newest Stock Spring solution is a unique line of low index, High Pressure Compression Springs, designed to work in holes from 1/8 “ to 1”. We carefully designed an offering of 144 slender parts packed with high load capacities, rated to pressures of 300, 400, and 500 psi. High Pressure Series Compression Springs in 17-7PH Stainless Steel provide a balance of corrosion resistance, high strength, and toughness. This line is ideal for anyone in need of firm, yet not rigid springs designed with slender profiles, suitable for small spaces.

Another product line designed for small spaces, BantamTM Mini Compression Springs has grown to include 108 new Metric designs. These miniature stock springs combine strength with corrosion resistance using ElgiloyTM, a distinct high temperature resistant, non-magnetic nickel alloy that is 10% stronger than Type 316 Stainless Steel. The Metric Bantam series starts at wire diameter .10mm, just slightly thicker than a human hair, with outside diameters from .81 to 1.65 mm and free lengths from 1 mm to 14 mm.

Lee Spring has also expanded their HEFTYTM Die Spring product range to include longer free lengths up to 12”. Round wire HEFTY springs are ideal for applications beyond traditional die springs and are well suited for any high stress, heavy load applications such as aircraft mechanisms, farm machinery, industrial equipment, brakes and clutches.
