Tel Aviv - Top Image Systems, Ltd. (NASDAQ: TISA), a leading ECM (Enterprise Content Management) intelligent content capture and delivery solutions provider, announced that its long-time eFLOW® Digital Mailroom customer Iberdrola, a leading energy supplier in Europe, North and South America, has successfully implemented eFLOW® for a unique executive boardroom application that captures, recognizes, processes and delivers reports for surveys filled in by its board members during boardroom sessions. The application has met with great satisfaction and is expected to interest numerous other enterprise customers. On September 20, 2012 Inaki Maruri Hernaez, who is in charge of Document Management for Iberdrola, will make a presentation at the TIS Business Breakfast in Madrid covering this and other successful eFLOW applications deployed at Iberdrola.
Iberdrola has deployed eFLOW Digital Mailroom to capture documents at some twenty locations across Spain and transfer them to a central processing site in Bilbao; the solution processes some one million unstructured and another million structured and semi-structured documents per year. The system has automated customer claims and requests, training procedures, electricity distributor invoices and other document-related workflows. eFLOW's powerful classification has improved regulatory compliance. eFLOW reduces errors and processing time and enables Iberdrola's customer service reps and account managers to get information faster, spend less time on routine tasks, meet departmental SLAs and most important, give better service to their customers.
