ReadSoft North America has entered into an agreement with an industry leader in flavor and scent creations to streamline its accounts payable operations with ReadSoft's SAP® certified invoice automation solution. The deal is worth 535,000 USD and was signed in the second quarter of 2012.
Challenged with a labor intensive accounts payable process and poor traceability, this global organization realized a need for an innovative invoice automation solution with seamless integration into its SAP Enterprise Resource Planning System. With incoming invoices being keyed in and over 80% of them requiring matching against purchase orders, their objectives were to eliminate manual processes, gain visibility and control, and increase efficiency in their accounts payable operations.
After researching available options in the market, this company chose ReadSoft's SAP® certified invoice automation solution over competitive solutions.
