Lauren Manufacturing Hires Production Manager
NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio—Lauren Manufacturing, a full-service provider of standard and custom extruded and molded sealing-solutions, has appointed Burt Hess to the position of Production Manager.
Hess, supervised by Halle Norris, Vice President of Manufacturing, will be responsible for overseeing production operations during the off-shift. This includes assisting with production runs, troubleshooting, managing schedule changes and overseeing personnel.
Prior to accepting his position at Lauren Manufacturing, Hess was employed for seven years as the Quality Manager for Hyundai Hysco America. He graduated from Midpark High School in Middleburg Heights and has a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing technology from Almeda University. Hess resides in Lisbon with his wife, Kim and five children, Amanda, Anthony, Brittanie, Tyler, and Spencer.
