With over 22 years of experience in converting, eight of which as Production Manager at LasX, Laird's extensive background will benefit customers as they develop production solutions for their components.
The Precision Converting Services group functions as a full service job shop offering laser converting capabilities and confidential process development for a wide range of electronic and industrial applications including membrane switch components, graphic overlays, gaskets, spacers, abrasives, and adhesive tapes. Utilizing advanced LaserSharp® technology, the team also offers conductive coating ablation for flexible circuit and RFID applications, achieving precision unmatched by conventional processing methods.
