Lantronix Appoints Jeff Kost to Executive Team as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales


Former SanDisk executive brings nearly 20 years of tech-industry sales experience to networking company

Lantronix, Inc. (Nasdaq:LTRX), a leading provider of secure, remote management, device networking and data center management technologies, today announced the newest addition to its executive team with the appointment of Jeff Kost as senior vice president of worldwide sales. Kost brings almost two decades of sales experience to his new role at Lantronix, in which he'll be responsible for further attracting large enterprise customers.

Prior to Lantronix, Kost served 11 years at flash memory data and storage provider SanDisk. There he held several positions, implementing and driving strategic sales initiatives aimed at well-recognized original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), such as Nokia. Most recently, Kost served as the senior vice president and general manager of SanDisk's Mobile Consumer Solutions Division. In his general manager role, Kost also spearheaded the sale of all mobile products through retail channels, as well as product marketing and management.
