BELLEVUE, WA, May 4, 2007 - Lagotek and Interactive Home's shared vision of automation in every home becomes reality this year when the Lagotek Home Intelligence Platform(TM) will be installed as a standard feature in every home in Lennar Homes' Milano at Monterosso development in Danville, California. Lagotek's partner, Interactive Home, will install the Lagotek HIP systems. The first phase of homes has begun selling and the first 10 families have already moved into their new Lennar "Smart Homes". The project is expected to include over 90 homes to be completed by the end of 2008.
