LINPAC Materials Handling announces collaboration with Monoflo International Inc.
GEORGETOWN, KY (January 30, 2006) - LINPAC Materials Handling announced today a new collaboration with Monoflo International Inc., based in Winchester, Va., to complement each company's product lines. LINPAC, known for its high-quality ROPAK(TM) reusable plastic container and pallet systems, will now be offering customers a line of hand-held, reusable plastic totes from Monoflo. In turn, Monoflo will offer its customers containers and pallets from LINPAC.
"By adding totes from Monoflo, we are now able to offer customers a 'one-stop-shop' for all their reusable container, pallet, tote, dunnage, and service needs," explains Wendell Smith of LINPAC's Global Automotive Solutions Group. "This will save our customers time and expense, as they can now purchase a complete materials handling system-for parts both large and small-from one supplier."
All products and services-including business cases, leasing, samples, dunnage design, repair, fabrication and recycling-in this new, complete package are available to customers in any industry. However, it was the Global Automotive Solutions Group that first proposed the collaboration, based on customer feedback indicating a strong preference to purchase an entire materials handling containerization system from a single supplier.
"Monoflo is pleased to join forces with LINPAC to help customers of both companies more easily select and specify the reusable tote or container solution that best meets their handling needs," says John Johnson, vice president of Monoflo's materials handling division.
LINPAC Materials Handling manufactures and distributes ROPAK(TM) reusable bulk containers, pallets, and totes. These products are used in warehousing, manufacturing, transportation, distribution and merchandising to replace single trip paper, cardboard and metal packaging.
