Elemental LED personnel note that the free shipping promotion is not offered on shipments to Canada or anywhere outside the U.S. and that delivery by Christmas is expected but cannot be guaranteed. Orders must be received by 2pm PST on Friday December 16 to qualify for free shipping, and to be shipped by the end of the day. Ground shipping carriers include both USPS Priority mail and UPS Ground.
