Growing Division of Kroff, Inc. Operates New Facility in Belcamp, Md.

PITTSBURGH, March 24, 2011 - Kroff, Inc., one of the fastest-growing water treatment companies in the United States, has further expanded the reach of Kroff Materials Reprocessing, Inc. (KMR), a division of Kroff, with the recent acquisition of the assets and client base of Towson, Md.-based 7M Pumpers. KMR began providing waste oil removal and recycling services to this newly acquired customer base last month.

The move is the latest expansion for KMR. Last fall, the company officially established its new headquarters in Belcamp, Md. (4605 Richlynn Drive), a 28,000-square-foot facility with comprehensive processing and storage capabilities.

"Our team is excited to offer the former customers of 7M Pumpers with the same high-level environmental waste management services that all of KMR's customers have come to expect," said Jim Cipollone, general manager of KMR. "Our new facility is strategically located along the I-95 corridor in Belcamp, Md., which places KMR within reach of customers in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia and Washington, D.C., including all of those previously serviced by 7M Pumpers."

Kroff Materials Reprocessing specializes in recycling oil and other industrial byproducts produced by the transportation industry (including automotive dealerships, automotive service stations and other related businesses) as well as heavy industry and construction. These companies are required by law to properly dispose of materials such as used oil and antifreeze. KMR collects the materials; recycles them by removing water and organic/inorganic solids; and reintroduces them to the market as viable, eco-friendly products, including recycled antifreeze, fuel oil additives, recovered fuel oil and lube stock. KMR also offers door-to-door collection and delivery services.

With a state-of-the-art headquarters, KMR has also ventured into new product areas that include recycling oil filters, tank cleaning and removal, oil/water separator maintenance and service, oil drum collection and disposal, lab services and analysis, and bulk storage tank and containment system services.

"When you combine Kroff's 20-year legacy of excellence with the expertise and resources at KMR's disposal, you have a team that's uniquely positioned to respond to the increasing demand for reliable materials processing in the Mid-Atlantic region," Cipollone added. "Our customers know they can rely on us to safely and effectively provide a broad range of environmental waste management services."
