Kraton Executive Joins Adhesive and Sealant Council Board

Bethesda, MD—The Adhesive and Sealant Council (ASC) announces that Mark Plante, Director, North American Sales at Kraton, will join its Board of Directors effective immediately.  Mark Plante is currently the North American Commercial Director for Kraton’s Adhesives, Sealants and Coatings division.   He has been with Kraton for over three years, managing the sales and commercial aspects of this business in North and South America.  Prior to Kraton, Mark spent eight years in Avery Dennison’s Performance Polymers Division as Global Sales Manager.

“Mark will be a great asset to the ASC Board, given his years of experience and knowledge of the raw material markets, as well as formulation strategies,’” notes Matthew E. Croson, President of ASC.  “We look forward to engaging with Mark as we leverage his background to move the Council forward with new value propositions currently being considered as part of a long range planning process. As a long time participant in ASC’s programming, including the Conventions and Short Courses, as well as the EXPO and sponsorships, I know the strong value that ASC delivers when it brings the supply chain together like only a dynamic trade association can do,” says Mark Plante, Director of North American Sales at Kraton.
