Hamilton, ON (Sept. 7, 2011)-John Brammer, Managing Director, recently announced that John Kowal has joined the Bushman AvonTec team as Regional Sales Manager, Below the Hook, Packaging Lines and Custom Fabrications. Kowal reports directly to Brammer.
Kowal has a business degree from Ryerson University and has over 30 years of experience in management and sales at Mould-tek Industries, Engel Canada and Husky Injection Moulding Systems. Kowal has increased sales significantly in all of these positions and has extensive experience and knowledge in injection moulding machinery and the plastics industry.
According to Brammer, Kowal will bring Bushman AvonTec greater exposure to the automotive mould and injection moulding businesses as well as the plastics industry and will boost the company's sales effort.
Milwaukee-based Bushman AvonTec designs and manufactures material handling equipment in three product segments: Below-the-Hook lifting attachments for cranes, including C-hooks, coil grabs, spreader beams, sheet & plate lifters, lifting tongs and more; Floor-based equipment such as scissors lift tables, upenders, inverters, mold & die carts, and transfer cars; and Slit Coil Packaging Lines for metals processing facilities.
