RAMSEY, NJ - July 31, 2007 - Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta) today announced that it has acquired White Industries Inc. of Bessemer, AL, strengthening its position as a leading provider of advanced imaging and networking technologies in the Alabama marketplace. Founded in 1988 by Jack and Alycia White, White Industries employs 35 employees in its Metropolitan Birmingham headquarters.
White Industries currently services some of the region's finest law firms, education and healthcare institutions, financial centers, and manufacturing companies. Over the past 19 years, White Industries has established themselves as a premier provider of solutions designed to meet the needs of their clients' in document imaging, creation, storage, management and distribution. Jack White will continue to lead the operation.
