Seoul, South Korea - Koh Young today announced the delivery of their 1,800th in-line Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) system to Nagares Spain, a leading European automotive parts manufacturer. Koh Young marked the milestone of its 1,000th SPI system shipped barely a year ago, in December 2009. The unit purchased is one of two KY 8030-2 SPI systems.
