Brecksville, OH - Johan Runesson, Vice President and General Manager of Nitrogen Products, announces the appointment of Hank Kelm to the position of Business Unit Manager, Hyson Products.
In the position of Business Unit Manager, Mr. Kelm is responsible for leading the continuous improvement efforts to maintain manufacturing excellence at the Brecksville facility as well as increasing the profitability of existing product lines. He will also lead sales and manufacturing initiatives, and implement new product and process capabilities.
Mr. Kelm has extensive industry experience, most recently as Director of Sales & Marketing and Acting Business Unit Manager for Hyson. Prior to that, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Hyson including Engineering Manager, Product Manager, and Manager of Product Engineering.
Mr. Kelm holds an MBA from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio and an MS and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Kelm is a registered professional engineer and has been awarded five patents.
