The Kalamazoo Machine Tool Model C315/350 Hinge-Type vertical column saw is designed for non-production applications requiring precise, accurate cuts in tubes, pipes and light structural shapes. The saw has a 14" (350 mm) blade, 3.5 HP motor, spindle speeds of 24-105 RPM with an Infinitely Variable option in single-phase, and two-speeds of 30 & 60 RPM in 3-phase operation. The saw can cut up to 4" x 7" at 900, and up to 3-1⁄2" x 3-1⁄2" at 60°.
The Model C315/350 saw features a double vise assembly to provide holding power on both sides of the cut for burr free operation. The vise can be mounted on the slide assembly to allow optimum positioning of the workpiece relative to blade. Standard Equipment includes 24-Volt controls to NFPA-79 electrical standards, HSS saw blade, built-in flood coolant, all safety guards, heavy-duty precision-ground saw bed, TEFC motor and a totally enclosed transmission.
