KZValve of Greenwood, Nebraska has been recognized as a Key Supplier in the John Deere Achieving Excellence (AE) supplier process. Deere & Company uses AE to measure performance in quality, delivery, technical support, and cost management. KZCO introduced motorized valves to the agricultural industry over 30 years ago and has been a John Deere supplier for over 10 years. Now sold under the KZValve brand name, the company offers ball, butterfly, and manifold valves in polypropylene, nylon, bronze, and stainless steel. Sizes range from ¼" to 5", up to 2,000 psi. Actuators for KZValves are NEMA 6P rated as waterproof; NEMA 7 rated as ignition protection tested in an explosive atmosphere, and tested to and exceed USCG electrical systems standard test procedure.
