KYNAR Now Available for Triatek Venturi Valves
Norcross, GA. - Triatek is already well known for its line of highly customizable and reliable venturi valves. In fact, no other single manufacturer of venturi valves offers the level of customization for their venturi valves as Triatek. The latest addition to the Triatek line of venturi valves is the use of KYNAR® as an optional coating. Unlike other Triatek venturi valves, Triatek KYNAR valves are easily distinguishable with their distinctive green color.
Heresite has long been regarded as the de facto standard for ensuring corrosion protection in ductwork that carries the most harmful and destructive acids and solvents. In many situations, not even Heresite can prevent the decay that can be caused by some of these reagents. For these highly critical environments, use of KYNAR coated valves may be the answer. Generally speaking, KYNAR (or polyvinylidene fluoride) offers superior protection for a broader range of reagents when compared to HERESITE. For these reasons, Triatek now offers KYNAR coating as an option to its list of corrosion resistant valves which already included stainless steel, Teflon® and Heresite.
