PITMAN, NJ (June 13, 2007) - The K-Tron Process Group announces the launch of the new www.ktron.com, a new and improved web site featuring a new "Industries Served" section with detailed descriptions of more than 20 feeder and pneumatic conveying applications in the plastics, food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The updated navigation will be familiar to repeat visitors and has been enhanced to help new visitors find what they need more easily. The web site continues to be available in 5 languages including English, German, French, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Enhancements include:
o Left-Hand Navigation - Left hand navigation works in intuitive and consistent ways, making it easier for visitors to find what they are looking for.
o Industry Applications - Web site includes a large increase in the amount of technical content in the new "Industries Served" section and throughout other sections of the web site.
o PDF Download of Literature - The new web site is designed for easier access to PDF downloads including specification sheets, brochures, fliers, white papers, case studies, technical article reprints, and industry-specific application examples. Web pages are printer-friendly.
o Locate Your Sales Rep - "Find a Local Office" provides specific K-Tron representative information.
o New Look and Feel - Updated graphics and images in addition to new page layout and format provides visitors with an improved user-experience. While the appearance and high-level organization of the web site are enhanced, the amount of technical information has also been enhanced.
