Jonathan Cobb Named Federal Mfg. Aftermarket Services Manager
Cobb will manage the Part Sales Department and Service Department to ensure customer satisfaction after purchasing Federal’s products.
MILWAUKEE, WI — Federal Mfg., powered by Pro Mach, has appointed Jonathan Cobb as Aftermarket Manager. His responsibilities include directing the company’s aftermarket program to obtain maximum sales volume and efficiency, as well as ensuring that the Service Department’s procedures satisfy and support Federal’s customers. He reports to John Oliaro, Operations Manager.
Cobb joined Federal, a manufacturer of filling and capping machines, in 1997 as Purchasing Manager. He later transitioned to a joint role of purchasing and accounting, and became accounting manager in 2005 with purchasing oversight. After Federal was acquired by Pro Mach in 2012, Cobb worked as the Interim Controller and then as Syteline/ERP Implementation Manager.
Before joining Federal, Cobb handled quality assurance and control at Cooper Power Systems in Pewaukee, Wis. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Production and Operations Management from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
