Johnson Matthey announces that it has today completed the sale of the non-core Ceramic Insulators and Alumina businesses in Germany, Poland and Romania that it acquired as part of the Argillon Group in February 2008, to Lapp Insulator GmbH & Co for 21 million in cash plus a 2 million vendor loan note.
