Jesco Customizes Deere 450DLC Excavator and 544J Loader for Fortune Riverside Scrap Yard |

South Plainfield, NJ - JESCO, one of New Jersey's leading construction equipment dealerships, has recently customized a new John Deere 450DLC excavator with shear and a 544J loader with forks and specialized foam filled tires for Fortune Riverside Scrap Yard.
JESCO enhanced the 450DLC's Genesis 990 Maxx shear capabilities with a special hydraulic setup that will more efficiently utilize the machine's hydraulic system during shear cutting operations.
This hydraulic setup balances the work load between both hydraulic pumps. Shear cycle times became quicker while maintaining maximum working pressures, making the machine more efficient on the job.
In addition to the 450DLC, Fortune Riverside also purchased a new 544J Z-bar linkage wheel loader customized with 6' Al-Jon auto forks and Primex smooth L-5 foam filled tires. The foam tires will provide a longer and reliable life cycle than standard rubber tires while working in the scrap yard.
"Both customized machines will greatly enhance productivity and efficiency at our scrap yard," states Nick Lui of Fortune Riverside.

Riverside Scrap Yard, located in Rahway, New Jersey, has been in business for over 50 years and recently was purchased by Fortune.
Fortune, founded in Brooklyn, now owns over 20 scrap yards throughout the United States and Asia. Having 3 locations in New Jersey, Fortune was able to conduct business with Riverside before the buyout. During this time, Fortune saw first hand the John Deere machines in action and JESCO's renowned service.
