Key updates to the open source community website help manage growth and engagement of the Jaspersoft community
SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 16, 2010 -- Jaspersoft, provider of the world's most widely used business intelligence (BI) software, today announced several enhancements to its open source community site, JasperForge.org. The company has added new services to JasperForge.org including out-of-the-box reporting features, which will provide its developer community - now over 180,000 developers strong - the greatest possible functionality for developing BI projects with the Jaspersoft BI suite. In addition, Jaspersoft has integrated Drupal, the world-leading content management system, to give JasperForge.org a more flexible and efficient web content environment.

o Upgraded monitoring and tracking of total visitors to a project page o New project download monitoring o 40+ canned reports to improve measurement of key site metrics o Mercurial support for a de-centralized, high performance version control system o Advanced search features to enable faster, more granular results
