BLAIRSTOWN, NJ - James Alexander Corporation a leading manufacturer and contract packager of unit dose dispensing systems, has appointed Ron Douros of Wantage, New Jersey, Director of Quality Assurance, it was announced by the firm's President and CEO, Francesca Fazzolari.
Mr. Douros will be responsible for developing, implementing and leading all quality assurance activities for the company; for ensuring regulatory compliance (FDA, GSR, cGMP, etc.); and for developing and implementing standard operating procedures and related work instructions.
Before being promoted to his new position, Mr, Douros served as James Alexander Director of Operations for almost ten years. Prior to that, he served as Quality/Inventory Control Manager for Private Label Cosmetics, and as a Production Supervisor for the Surgical Instrument Company of America. Ron had also served as Director of Quality Assurance and Director of Materials for N.A.S.P. in Franklin, New Jersey.
An honors graduate of Sussex County Community College with an Associate degree in business administration, he is a certified member of the American Management Association and a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
James Alexander products include crushable glass ampoules, plastic unit dose dispensing systems, and unit dose swabs. The company's packages are sold in a variety of markets, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, dental products, health and beauty aids, cosmetics, fragrances, adhesives, solvents and much more.
