JULABO USA, Inc. Launches YouTube Channel Featuring Helpful Service Videos
Not only is JULABO USA, Inc. known for their superior and reliable temperature control instruments, they are also known for their quality service.
"JULABO service technicians can easily be contacted through phone or email, but we wanted to take it a step further" said Dirk Frese, Director of Sales and Marketing. JULABO noticed that many customers were asking the same questions. "Instead of having to call in and jot down notes from a service call, we thought it would be more convenient for our customers to watch instructional videos."
JULABO will start its service series with six videos that include topics such as draining, filling, connecting, turning on and opening your JULABO instrument. These videos were recorded at JULABO's facilities in Allentown, Pennsylvania and include different members of their staff. "They were a lot of fun to make and we hope our customers find them useful and also entertaining!" said Leah Singer, a Marketing Coordinator at JULABO.
JULABO plans to record more videos in the near future. "This is just the start" said Dirk, "we have a feeling these videos will go over well with our customers and will continue to explore new topics."
