J. J. Keller First EPA-Approved-and-Registered Printer for New Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest


Neenah, WI - J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. has announced it is the first printer approved and registered by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to print and sell the new Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest.

Use of the new Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest is mandatory starting September 5, 2006 and only authorized printers are allowed to offer them. Inventory of J. J. Keller's forms is expected to be available for shipment starting July 3, 2006.

The forms are being created in response to a 2005 EPA regulation that calls for a standard Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest. In addition to standardizing the form, the revision will provide new procedures for tracking certain types of waste shipments with the manifest.

Please note: existing forms must be used until September 4, 2006. After
September 5, 2006, only the new manifest and requirements established under the final rule will be valid and acceptable for use
