Ives Equipment Corporation, In King of Prussia, PA is happy to announce the acquisition of Magyar Associates in Woodbridge, VA. We are adding to our already extensive representation in the Maryland, DC and Virginia markets.
Our lines include ASCO, Ametek Analyzers and Gauges, Worcester, Nelson Heat Trace, American Gate Valves and Siemens Controls & Meters. Since Ives already represents these product lines for the industrial sector, integration of Magyar's customers and product lines should be seamless and will allow us to grow an already expanding product line.
Magyar's salesmen in Maryland, Paul Giusti and Rob Glumac will continue to represent Ives in the MD and VA territory. Don Paul, former Pres of Magyar, will continue to sell and manage the Territory from south of Maryland, DC to the North Carolina line. Rick Streetman and Hank Hegner will continue to sell Magyar's and Ives Equipment's products in their Virginia territories.
