New Support and Implementation Programs Enable Partners to Provide Level One and Two Support and Configuration Services, Driving New Revenue Opportunities for Channel Partners
SEATTLE, Oct. 27 -- Isilon® (Nasdaq: ISLN), today announced two new Partner Enabled Programs as part of its Preferred Partner Program. The Partner Enabled Support Program creates the opportunity for partners to provide customers with Level One and Two support, while the Partner Enabled Implementation Program allows partners to offer configuration and deployment services. With these new programs, qualified Isilon channel partners can now provide a wide range of services, from system implementation to support case creation and troubleshooting, expanding the revenue streams associated with Isilon scale-out storage.
"Ensuring our partners can maximize the revenue opportunity associated with our scale-out storage solutions has always been core to our channel mission," said Leonard Iventosch, vice president of global channels and OEM, Isilon. "With our new Partner Enabled Programs, we're continuing to expand that opportunity by helping our partners to take a more active role in both implementing and servicing our solutions for their customers."
Isilon's new Partner Enabled Programs provide the tools, training and infrastructure necessary to enable qualified Isilon partners to provide Level One and Two support and configuration services. By taking part in Isilon's Partner Enabled Programs, qualified partners can now sell support and configuration service packages, as well as access special escalation queues, driving increased revenue and greater account ownership.
"Isilon has always delivered unique, innovative solutions that represent a compelling alternative to traditional enterprise storage architectures," said Shawn O'Grady, executive vice president of strategy and field operations, Datalink. "With these new Partner Enabled Programs, Isilon is extending that spirit of innovation into the channel ecosystem by enabling us to provide greater value to customers through a full lifecyle of Datalink-delivered services. Wrapping high-value Datalink implementation and support services around each of Isilon's solutions has significant upside for customers, Isilon and Datalink."
As a global leader in scale-out storage,Isilon delivers powerful yet simple solutions for enterprises that want to manage their data, not their storage. Isilon's products are simple to install, manage and scale, at any size. And, unlike traditional enterprise storage, Isilon stays simple no matter how much storage is added, how much performance is required or how business needs change in the future. We're challenging enterprises to think differently about their storage, because when they do, they'll recognize there's a better, simpler way. Learn what we mean at http://www.isilon.com.
