MILWAUKEE, WI USA - Phoenix Products Company, Inc. sold its Intrigue series product line to Intrigue Lighting, LLC effective Friday, September 16th.
The move will allow Phoenix Products to strengthen its focus on its core markets and on development of its rapidly expanding LED product line. Phoenix will retain its line of architectural floodlights.
The owners of Intrigue Lighting, both former employees of Phoenix Products, have years of experience with the company and a strong knowledge of its products, manufacturing processes, order processing, and distribution partners, including representative agencies.
For the near term, production of the Intrigue brand fixtures will remain at Phoenix Products, using the same machines, processes, and materials. Production processes will be gradually transitioned to facilities owned by Intrigue Lighting over a period of several months. During this time Phoenix intends to work closely with the new owners in an effort to provide Intrigue customers as much continuity as possible.
Outstanding Phoenix Products quotations will be honored until their expiration date and the new owners indicate that product pricing will remain unchanged for the foreseeable future. The new owners also plan to continue selling Intrigue product through the same representation network that Phoenix Products had in place.
