WILMINGTON, N.C.,(April 21, 2008) -- Providing unparalleled control of its high efficiency EC100 and EC110 RollerDrives, Interroll Corp. has partnered with Insight Automation to optimize the performance of its roller drive system. Insight Automations' new ConveyTrax® CANopen roller speed controller (CRSC), a four-zone logic and motor control module, operates Interroll's RollerDrives safely and securely while enhancing the performance level in approved applications such as postal, distribution center and light pallet handling.
Interroll's new EC100 and EC110 motors (formerly the HTBL series) offer enhanced torque characteristics, speed, performance, noise-reduction, and energy efficiency in motorized roller conveyor applications. Teamed with ConveyTrax Modular Networked Control products for 24V zoned accumulation conveying, the conveyor system requires no user programming, reduces hardware and installation costs, and improves system implementation time.
