The SF-100 XCEL and SF-100 XTEND
Intelligent Micro Patterning, LLC, St. Petersburg, Florida, announced today two new products to add to its product line, the SF-100 XCEL and SF-100 XTEND. Both systems are unique, maskless photolithography systems that utilize patented Smart Filter technology, exclusively licensed by Intelligent Micro Patterning, LLC from the University of South Florida. Smart Filter technology incorporates proprietary, cutting-edge, micro-optical techniques to rapidly project master images directly onto diverse substrate materials. The systems will find applications in all of the company's served markets, including MEMS, Nanotechnology, Biotechnology, Microfludics, RF & Microwave device fabrication, and optoelectronics/telecommunications.
Dr. Jay Sasserath, the company's Chief Executive officer, said, "Both of these products add new capabilities to our existing product line and were developed based on requests from our customer base. The SF-100 XCEL provides a very simple, low cost system to our customers, while the SF-100 XTEND allows our customers access to all of our advanced optical technology on a single, easy to use system.
