Toronto, Canada - to enhance customer service as well as support its growing operations Inkcups Now-Canada has hired Adele Watson, a new office manager and customer service representative for the office and warehouse in Pickering, Ontario. Inkcups Now-Canada is a one-stop supplier of equipment and consumables for screen printing and pad printing in Canada and a major division of Inkcups Now Corporation, which is headquartered in Massachusetts, USA.
Prior to joining ICN-Canada, Adele was in the graphic design and specialty printing industry, working primarily with digital output and graphic cards. As the office manager and customer service representative, Adele brings over 16 years of knowledge and expertise to the company. Adele says, "My expectations are to help expanding the business in the Canadian market and keep improving upon our customer service." Adele also hopes to increase awareness of ICN Canada to more businesses within the screen printing and pad printing industry.
