Infor Taps New Professional Services Leader for Performance Management Solutions Group

ATLANTA - April 18: Infor today announced that Jon Pilkington has joined Infor as vice president of corporate operations for its Performance Management (PM) solutions group. Pilkington is charged with directing and managing the global professional services practice for PM, including improving customer satisfaction and building a global services team.
"Jon's experience leading sales and customer-related initiatives combined with his background in business intelligence clearly makes him the prime choice for this position," said Curtis Gekle, senior vice president of Infor PM. "He will play an integral role in developing a professional services organization for performance management customers that helps them deploy Infor solutions quickly, efficiently, and with measurable return on their investment."
Prior to joining Infor, Pilkington was the vice president of global sales operations and customer experience for Cognos Corporation where he was responsible for the development, growth and strategy of the global pre-sales organization, and also served as a chairperson on the Field Product Leadership Team. During his more than 12 years at Cognos, Pilkington held several other leadership positions for which he won numerous internal and external awards. He has also held information technology management roles at Prudential Insurance, Consolidated Edison and EDS.
