o Forms alliance with XCEO for release of board risk oversights
SEATTLE, Feb. 1, 2011 - Infoflows Corporation today announced the formation of the Infoflows' Risk Management Services Group. The group will provide services to the areas in which Infoflows markets its Fedmark Solutions and to the area of risk management and compliance. Neil Brereton Jackson, a risk consultant with over 25 years of risk and management controls experience will head up the group.
"The mission of the group will be to take our wealth of knowledge in risk mitigation and compliance to support our customers in the deployment of their strategic risk management processes and IT," said Steve Stone, CEO Infoflows. "With elements of risk, governance and compliance expectations crossing our customer's organizations we believe expanding our technology solutions to include risk management consulting will better support our customer's mission and provide better utilization of the Fedmark Solutions."
In its first engagement, the Risk Management Services Group has formed an alliance with XCEO, Inc., a respected board governance and performance consulting firm. Through this alliance, two unique products, Risk Oversight Evaluation (ROE) and Individual Director Risks (IDR) have been designed to assist boards and individual directors in managing and mitigating corporate risks and fulfilling board risk oversight responsibilities.
"We have designed these products to provoke informed analysis, discussion, and action by boards in addressing risk oversight, as well as understanding and mitigating board risk," stated Dr. Curtis J. Crawford, CEO of XCEO.
