The WA Series from Schutte-Buffalo Hammermill is a conventional top feed, gravity discharge industrial hammer mill suitable for reducing a wide variety of abrasive or hard to process materials such as: stone and aggregates, chemicals, friable metals, metal powders, fish and bone meal and more.
The WA Series is available in more than twenty sizes with internal widths ranging from 6" to 60" and rotor diameters from 9" to 40". All models may be constructed from either carbon or stainless steel and feature replaceable internal wear plates for processing the most abrasive materials. Choice of two-way or four-way reversible hammers in a variety of styles, and heavy duty bar grates or perforated screens in numerous sizes allow for producing the exact desired finished particle size. All models are fully customizable, with options including specialty materials of construction and custom support stands, infeed and discharge chutes.
