Industrial Custom Products Earns 6th Consecutive Annual Polaris Award of Excellence
Minneapolis, Minnesota - March 1, 2012 - Industrial Custom Products (ICP), won its 6th consecutive annual Polaris Industries Award of Excellence for 2011 performance. ICP is the first and only supplier to ever achieve this distinction.
The 2011 annual Award of Excellence was given to only five of Polaris' worldwide network of suppliers who achieved the following top performance in these three key categories:
o Quality - Achieving an annual reject rate of 100 Parts per Million (PPM) or less for all parts supplied to Polaris.
o In 2011, ICP achieved a reject rate of 75 PPM while shipping 3,400,000 parts.
o Over the last four years, ICP has achieved an average annual reject rate of 36 PPM while shipping an average of 3,100,000 parts per year.
o Delivery - 99% or Better On-Time-Delivery.
o In 2011, ICP achieved 100% on-time-delivery performance.
o Cost Reduction - Implementing net annual cost reductions meeting or exceeding the annual cost reduction standards.
