Industrial Controls Announces Merger with Piedmont Instruments and Controls
Wanamassa, NJ -December 26, 2007 - Industrial Controls Distributors LLC, the leading distributor of HVAC controls, process instrumentation and industrial automated valves in the Eastern United States, is pleased to announce its merger with Piedmont Instruments and Controls of Charlotte, NC. Piedmont will integrate operations with Industrial Controls' Charlotte operation to cover North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
