FUTEK offers entire In-Line Load Cell series with USB output

FUTEK Advanced Sensor Technology, Inc. (FUTEK) is pleased to announce a new addition to their USB Sensor Solutions Line. With 10 models to choose from, FUTEK's In-Line Load Cells (LCM series) are now available with USB capabilities. These Load Cells have been built for Endurance, Off-Center Loading, Press, and In-Line applications for both tension and compression measurements. Due to their robust construction, these models can withstand a capacity range of 25 lbs. to 700,000 lbs. Adding the USB Solution to the In-Line Load Cell line, gives users all the benefits of a quick plug & play system. The USB application simplifies the retention and computation of all data received via In-Line Load Cells by eliminating the need for amplifiers, filters, and multimeters. Thus, data logging and live graphing are readily available to the user the instant the measurement is taken.

These Load Cells are manufactured at FUTEK's state of the art facility in Irvine, California (USA). The LCM Series includes:

LCM200

Model LCM200 is the first model of our Miniature Tension and Compression line. This particular model is the smallest of all the LCMs with capacities of 250 lbs - 1,000 lbs.

o Smallest size In Line Load Cell (LCM) Series
o Is Temperature Compensated 60° - 250°F by default

LCM300

Model LCM300 has a unique flexure design. This feature is unique because there is a gap between the diaphragm and thread, which reduces damage that may occur during installation. This model comes with a wide range of capacities with the same size model.

o Capacity 25 lbs - 1,000 lbs
o Both Metric and English Threads Available

LCM325

Model LCM325 is offered in 2,000 and 3,000 capacities. This particular model has a nonlinearity of 0.5% rated output. Improved accuracy is available.

o Capacity 2,000 lbs and 3,000 lbs
o Nonlinearity 0.5% Rated Output

LCM350

Model LCM350 is offered in 4,000 and 5,000 capacities. This particular model has a nonlinearity of 0.5% rated output. Improved accuracy is available.

o Capacity 4,000 lbs and 5,000 lbs
o Nonlinearity 0.5% Rated Output

LCM375

Model LCM350 is offered in 7,500 and 10,000 capacities. This particular model has a nonlinearity of 0.5% rated output. Improved accuracy is available.

o Capacity 7,500 lbs and 10,000 lbs
o Nonlinearity 0.5% Rated Output

LCM400

Model LCM400 is a connector version, which comes with a Microtech connector for easy installation. This model is only available in 2,500 lbs capacity.

LCM500

Model LCM500 is the first of our robust, heavy duty LCM sensors. This model comes in both Metric and English threads in a 2,000 and 5,000 lbs capacity. The LCM500 has a nonlinearity of 0.2% rated output.

o 2,000 lbs and 5,000 lbs Capacities
o Nonlinearity 0.2% Rated Output
o Available in Both Metric and English Threads

LCM525

Model LCM525 is another robust, heavy duty LCM sensor. This model comes in both Metric and English threads in a 10,000 and 20,000 lbs capacity. The LCM525 has a nonlinearity of 0.2% rate output.

o 10,000 lbs and 20,000 lbs Capacities
o Nonlinearity 0.2% Rated Output
o Available in Both Metric and English Threads

LCM550

Model LCM550 is also part of our robust, heavy duty In Line Sensor series. This model comes in both Metric and English threads in a 50,000 lbs capacity. The LCM550 has a nonlinearity of 0.2% rate output.

o 50,000 lbs Capacity
o Nonlinearity 0.2% Rated Output
o Available in Both Metric and English Threads

LCM675

Model LCM675 is FUTEK's high-end robust LCM sensor. This is the highest capacity we offer measuring an impressive 700,000 lbs of load. The LCM675 has a nonlinearity of 0.25% rated output.

o 700,000 lbs Capacity
o Nonlinearity 0.25% Rated Output
o Optional shackles available for mounting/installation
