Top and bottom side inspection at Ohio Pickling & Processing
Aachen/Toledo, OH - Looking for ways to improve operations, the new owners of Ohio Pickling & Processing planned to install a new surface inspection system on their semi-continuous pickle line. In addition, the company wanted the thickness gauge output to be displayed both on their coil maps and on their customer´s reports. To tackle this task, Ohio Pickling & Processing decided to go with the experts of ISRA VISION PARSYTEC.
By integrating the matrix camera system for the inspection of the top and bottom side, ISRA VISION PARSYTEC once again proved its competence and flexibility in responding to customers' special requests. With this installation, Ohio Pickling & Processing not only improves its services, but is now also able to provide its customers with coil reports which include coil maps, thickness gauge data and further information.
