ELGIN, IL. DECEMBER 1, 2009: Impact Plastics Corporation, a manufacturer of container lids and supplier of container replacement parts and accessories for both dumpsters and roll-off containers to the Waste Industry; announces the acquisition of Aarmor Case Company's container lid division, Lake Odessa, MI.
Through this acquisition, Impact Plastics Corporation significantly increases its customer base, and will seamlessly transfer Aarmor Case customers to the Double Impact Premium Reinforced hingeline lids that Impact Plastics customers have grown accustomed to. Impact Plastics believes that its customers realize significant savings from the lids staying in service longer and Impact looks forward to rewarding Aarmor Case customers in the same manner. In addition; the Aarmor Case customers will continue to receive a vacuum formed lid.
