Wheeling, IL - Illinois Lock Company offers a wide range of medium-duty and heavy-duty ball bearing slides that are suitable for applications ranging from office furniture and cabinets to electronic enclosures, shelving and heavy-duty tool boxes.
Slides are available with load ratings up to 500 lbs. to suit tough applications, and Illinois Lock offers both standard and custom designs to meet any need. Heavy-duty interlock slides allow only one drawer to open at once, preventing tipping. Features include lever disconnect, and many offer such options as lock-out, hold-out and self-closing features.
Slide profiles up to 3" x ¾" can be provided; and all slides are available with ¾, full and over-extension.
All Illinois Lock slides are competitively priced, and the company provides quick, reliable delivery. Slide members and ball retainers are made of cold rolled steel with carburized steel ball bearings. Slides have been tested to a minimum of 50,000 cycles in accordance with applicable ANSI/BIFMA specification guidelines.
Slides are available in electro-zinc plate finish, and both black electro-zinc plate finish and black electro-dipping finish are available as options.
