REDWOOD CITY, Calif., May 14 / -- IXI Mobile announces today that Israel Technology Acquisition Corp. (OTCBB: ISLTU; OTCBB: ISLT; OTCBB: ISLTW; "ITAC") called for its special meeting of stockholders to be held on June 5, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. eastern time, at the offices of Graubard Miller, ITAC's counsel, at The Chrysler Building, 405 Lexington Avenue, 19th Floor, New York, New York 10174. ITAC stockholders of record as of April 9, 2007 will be invited to attend ITAC's special meeting of stockholders and vote on five proposals, including
o the approval of the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated February 28, 2006, as amended, among ITAC, ITAC Acquisition Subsidiary Corp., a Delaware corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of ITAC, and IXI Mobile, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("IXI"), pursuant to which IXI will be acquired by ITAC, o the approval of the amendment to ITAC's certificate of incorporation to change the name of ITAC from "Israel Technology Acquisition Corp." to "IXI Mobile, Inc.," o the approval of an amendment to ITAC's certificate of incorporation to increase its authorized capitalization, o the approval of an amendment to ITAC's certificate of incorporation to remove those provisions that will no longer be operative upon consummation of the merger, and o to elect seven directors to ITAC's board of directors.

On February 28, 2006, IXI Mobile and Israel Technology Acquisition Corporation (ITAC) (OTCBB: ISLTU.OB, ISLT.OB, ISLTW.OB) entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which a wholly owned subsidiary of ITAC would merge with and into IXI Mobile, with IXI Mobile surviving the merger and becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of ITAC. Upon consummation of the merger, ITAC will change its name to IXI Mobile, Inc. and IXI Mobile will change its name to IXI Mobile (USA), Inc.
