ITW Muller offers new service agreement pricing for substantial savings compared to normal service rates. ITW Muller's service agreement provides customers with a fixed cost maintenance program with the same technicians who manufactured the equipment. A new literature sheet is also available detailing the various service programs offered, including equipment audit, labor only and parts and labor programs, with pricing available for each. The literature also includes a rate chart comparing standard rates to ITW Muller's service agreement.
ITW Muller is also offering a new parts and service literature sheet. The literature provides a list of the company's many services, including start up service, regular service calls, preventative maintenance agreements, upgrades and retrofits, operator and maintenance training and technical support.
