SANTA ANA, Calif. - September 6, 2006 - ITT, Electronic Components, a worldwide leader in microminiature (Cannon Micro) connectors, is announcing the availability of specific part numbers at an industry leading lead time of two to three weeks. This new program extends upon the recently announced ability to offer approximately 1,500 part numbers at a standard four- to six-week lead-time. This reduced lead time will provide extended service capability to meet the demanding requirements of customers and further strengthen ITT's ownership of this growing product category.
ITT's microminiature connector line consists of rectangular, circular, quick disconnect, high-speed signal, filter, hermetic, mixed signal packages and strip style interconnects. Each product features the twist pin contact system, and has unique mechanical engagement and locking mechanisms to meet the demands of harsh environment applications. The microminiature connectors include the Centi line 0.100 inch and 0.075 inch center spacing, the Micro line 0.50 inch center spacing and the Nano line with 0.025 inch center spacing.
Quantities available for the expedited delivery will be reviewed on an individual basis and will be quoted based upon available inventory and manufacturing capacity at the time of quote request. All requests will be verified prior to order placement. Quantity limitations and expedite charges will apply to these two- to three-week lead-time opportunities.
