IQPC Chooses Interactive Softworks' VP as Call Center Summit Conference Chair


Interactive Softworks' exhibit will feature demonstrations of SOA, BPM and dialer systems for contact centers

LEESBURG, Va., Jan. 19 -- The organizers of the upcoming IQPC Call Center Summit have chosen Fred White, vice president of business development at Interactive Softworks, as the conference chairman. White will kick off each day of the event with his opening remarks, moderate all panel discussions and oversee all other presenters during the event. Interactive Softworks, a provider of enterprise software products and services, will demonstrate its suite of contact center technology solutions at the conference.

The Call Center Summit will take place Jan. 22-25 at the Renaissance Atlanta Hotel in Atlanta. The conference will focus on using measurements and technology to drive performance and improve customer experience.
