IQMS continues its pursuit to hire the best and brightest team members on the Central Coast.
PASO ROBLES, CALIF. - IQMS, a manufacturing ERP software and MES developer with an ongoing, proactive commitment to its product and relationships, today is proud to announce the graduation of the newest members of its technical support team. Upon conclusion of IQMS' extensive training program, 10 of the recent 12 technical support hires have officially completed IQMS' competency training and testing, many with record-setting scores.
IQMS takes pride in its completely in-house, award-winning customer service department that provides all-inclusive assistance to a global list of clients and IQMS employees. To ensure a certain level of support excellence, IQMS has developed an intense, hands-on training program revolving around its proprietary manufacturing ERP software solution. Paul Bills, Ian Cook, Dan Dumrongmanee, Lindsay Hackstock, Joseph Johnson, Heather Nunez, Joy Santillano, Heather Thayer, Shelby Williams and Kyle Yamasaki can now proudly say they have completed the four-month long training and testing program.
"In all honesty, the training and testing experience was definitely intense," said Yamasaki. "But completion of training is sort of a rite of passage at IQMS. Nearly every employee at our company, even those across the globe, has gone through the program and it helps to maintain a sense of internal community, as well as establish a knowledge base that every employee can rely on."
The recent group of graduating employees arrived from varied backgrounds, including some from the manufacturing industry, but others from vocations that never traversed into the manufacturing world. Most of the new employees had previous administration and customer service experience, but other skills include previous experience on ERP/manufacturing systems, database support knowledge, EMT certifications and pertinent degrees in areas such as accounting information systems and business management from California colleges like Cal Poly and San Jose State.
IQMS continues its reinvestment in the company and is currently hiring multiple career positions, including a new group of technical support specialists.
