March 19, 2009 - IPC announced products that will be featured in Innovative Technology Center at 2009 IPC APEX EXPO(TM). They include MetalJet 6000 by Conductive Inkjet Technology, DEK PVP1200 Solar Metallization Screen Printer and DirEKt BGA Rx(TM) by DEK International, Hysol® 3800(TM) CSP/BGA Underfill and Multilcore® LF700(TM) Halide-Free, Lead-Free Solder Paste by Henkel Corporation, and Reflow Process Inspection by KIC. Attendees will have opportunity to view white papers, charts, and graphics of products.

BANNOCKBURN, Ill., USA, March 5, 2009 - IPC - Association Connecting Electronics Industries® announced today the products that will be featured in the Innovative Technology Center (ITC) at the 2009 IPC APEX EXPO(TM), March 31-April 2, 2009 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Convention Center, Las Vegas. Assessed by a formal IPC Review Board of industry experts, the products were selected based on their representation of a new or emerging technology with real, relevant value to the industry.

The 2009 Innovative Technology Center will feature:
o MetalJet 6000 by Conductive Inkjet Technology
o DEK PVP1200 Solar Metallization Screen Printer by DEK International
o DirEKt BGA Rx(TM) by DEK International
o Hysol® 3800(TM) CSP/BGA Underfill by Henkel Corporation
o Multilcore®LF700(TM) Halide-Free, Lead-Free Solder Paste by Henkel Corporation
o RPI (Reflow Process Inspection) by KIC
