Press release date: June 3, 2010

NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 3, 2010 - INCA Molded Products Inc., of Nashville, Tenn., and Centro Inc., of North Liberty, Iowa, announce their agreement to produce in INCA's facility the RotoLoPermŽ, new multilayer tank technology for plastic fuel tanks, designed for the marine industry, that meets Clean Air Act and Marine Fuel Tank Permeation regulations.

Robert Porter, president of INCA Molded Products, explains, "The exclusive marine licensing partnership for this technology means that manufacturers in the boating industry can provide more environmentally friendly fuel tanks in their products for consumers than ever before. This plastic material is fully compliant with the mandatory CARB/EPA evaporative emission regulation effective for Model Year 2012."

RotoLoPermŽ, patent-pending technology developed by Centro in 2004, provides excellent low temperature impact strength properties, abrasion resistance, moldability and the overall value of standard crosslink polyethylene fuel tanks. Centro developed the product to achieve ultra-low permeation levels by using a special barrier layer sandwiched between inner and outer layers manufactured from crosslink polyethylene.

This technology received a Certificate of Conformity for 2011 Model Year for the evaporative components on April 15, 2010, from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), meeting Section 213 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. section 7547), 40 CFR 90, 40 CFR 1045, or 40CFR 1060. The technology already is approved for low evaporative emissions regulations by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Executive Order. Under the agreement, INCA will manufacture RotoLoPermŽ fuel tanks to customer specifications and serve the entire marine fuel tank market.

"Of all the solutions we have tried, tested and evaluated, RotoLoPermŽ is by far the superior solution for rotationally molded fuel tanks," states Porter.

A pioneer in the rotational molding industry, INCA Molded Products was the first rotational molder to convert metallic fuel tanks for boats in the 1970s using crosslink polyethylene. Porter continues, "The beauty of RotoLoPermŽ technology is that it capitalizes on 30 plus years of field trials utilizing crosslink polyethylene. This is the only solution that has the history of crosslink field performance."

"We enthusiastically welcome INCA as an authorized producer of the most durable, tested and approved EPA and CARB solution in the rotational molding industry," said Brian Olesen, president and chief executive officer of Centro Inc. "When we looked for potential partners in key industries, one company rose quickly to the surface. INCA has the history, reputation and knowledge in the marine fuel tank market. INCA is a natural choice for us."
