Press release date: May 1, 2008

Charlotte, NC - IEMCA is pleased to announce its bar feeders are now backed by the industry's best warranty. IEMCA has designed and manufactured the most durable bar feeders on the market for nearly 50 years. The new five-year warranty, available for a limited time, reinforces the continuous technological advancements, service and support that customers receive when they buy from IEMCA.

The five-year warranty covers all parts and labor for the first year of ownership, and the cost of parts for the next four years. The warranty does not affect machine pricing, and is automatically included with all single-spindle IEMCA bar feeders.

The warranty will provide a controlled cost of ownership, allowing companies to better manage budgets around contract jobs. A fixed machine cost helps balance fluctuating expenses related to materials, labor, energy consumption, etc.

"We've brought superior products to the industry for years," says IEMCA VP of Sales John Schwartz. "We are very excited to present our customers with the superior level of service and support this warranty represents. We believe IEMCA supplies North American customers with the best-built, best-backed bar feeders in the world, bar none."

IEMCA was the first manufacturer to be awarded patents for the Double Pusher Design for greater footprint reduction, Hydrodynamic Guide Channels for reduced vibration along the length of the bar, Front Bushing Device for additional bar support between the lathe and bar feeder, and Bundle Magazine for additional bar-loading capacity.

IEMCA, a trusted name in bar feeder and gantry loader technology, built its reputation on a track record of renowned quality, with exceptional sales and service worldwide since 1961. Our bar feeders are supported by factory trained service engineers, strategically located throughout North America.
